Goods are normally despatched within 2 to 5 working days and always within 30 days. You will be informed if there is likely to be a delay. Postage within mainland UK is free.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, all sales to consumers, where there is no face-to-face contact between supplier and consumer, are subject to a cooling off period. The period starts as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after receipt of the goods. Under the terms of this agreement, we offer a full refund to consumers, provided items are returned, unworn and undamaged, within seven working days of receipt. The purchaser is required to pay the return postage.
Goods are carefully made and are highly unlikely to be unsatisfactory under the definition of the Sale of Goods Act, but if a faulty item should slip through the net we will provide either a full refund or a replacement, according to the purchaser's wishes. Please inform us of any problem, in writing, within fourteen days of the purchase.
Items offered for sale on this site may not be safe for children under the age of five. Although referred to as 'scarves', their purpose is purely decorative; not to keep you warm.
